Our Return Policy:
Returns must be made, or at least brought to our attention, within 30 days of your products’ arrival. The product or products must also be in unworn condition and in the same packaging (shoebox) they were sent to you in.
Products returned in a condition other than the one stated above may not qualify for a refund.
We recommend wearing shoes or sandals around the house to check their fit and comfort level before wearing them outside to make sure you want to keep them.

How to make a return for items purchased online:

We are NOT Birkenstock Corporation and do not accept returns for orders made with them. If your order was placed with Birkenstock Corporate, you must reach out to them to make a return. Here is their website: https://www.birkenstock.com/us
How to make a return for items purchased in-store:
If you are interested in returning a product, simply bring the item back to our store with a receipt and the box it was sold in. Your product must follow our Return Policy in order to be eligible for a refund. If you are not sure whether your product s eligible for a return, visit our store or call us at 314-434-4430
We will always do our best to replace defective items or switch out colors or sizes on your order. Late of missing refunds:
We will always process your refund as soon as we get the product back and decide if it meets our return policy (see above). If it does not meet our policy you will be notified.
If you sent an item back to us, did not hear anything regarding it not meeting our return policy guidelines, and have not received a refund yet, please take the following steps:
- Wait 2-3 business days and check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company to see if there is a pending transaction
- Contact your bank to see if they have received any notification
- When you have done all of this and still not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if this was an online purchase or call us at 314-434-4430 if the purchase was made in-store.
